Journey of a tribal chieftain to Mahadeva

So here I start with the most recent novels I have come across. A novel written by an Indian by the name of Amish that anyone  would found more captivating than the likes written by J.K. Rowling, Sidney Sheldon or even Dan Browne. The novel makes you realise that it is not only Da Vinci or Jesus whose life were worth interesting but Our very own god Shiva : The destroyer of Evil, The imbiber of negative Powers and what we popularly know him as Neelkanth had a life worth being told for thousands and thousands of years.
The book is 421 page epic that becomes more charismatic and interesting with each turning leaf
of the book. The story revolves around the centuries old war  between the Chandravanshis and The Suryavanshis hell bent on proving supremacy over the other. It depicts how a simple, barbarian, humurous yet courageous tribal leader known by the name of Shiva who is a denizen of the mountains of Mount Kailash rises to become the lord of all Gods.
The story unfolds to tell us many modern day practices that were followed even 3000 years ago.
Whether it is the caste system or the practice of untouchables, The society that followed the principles of Lord Ram, That was believed to be a pure society had its share of Misgivings too.
It also shows Shiva as a simple Human being who loves a woman despite knowing she is a widow, He also doesnt possess the holier than thou attitude and commits his share of mistakes and wrong decisions and then there are shades of grey which shows that not everything that is white is true and vice versa.
The novel very beautifully explains that no one is born a Mahadeva but only moulded into one. Destiny is with those who believe  in themselves and even the Gods commit mistakes.
Overall,  A very beautifully composed  novel that would even entice agnostics, atheists and even partial believers of God.
In conclusion, I would suggest everyone reading this out there to grab this book at the earliest and make yourself more apprised of the Lord of Serpents.
